Quinn Muccio

is an American novelist, screenwriter, and producer best known as the creator of Derek Gable®, the stylized amateur sleuth detective character recognized for his bold yellow and black overall aesthetic, most notably his plaid tweed suit, matching bucket hat, and levitating gold magnifying glass. He is also the creator of the Gableverse, a shared universe action adventure mystery franchise centered around the Derek Gable character.

Born with severe medical complications, including NEC and a grade-four brain bleed, doctors predicted he would never see, hear, smell, and would have been fully paralyzed on the right side of his body. Quinn fully recovered with zero lasting medical issues and has four learning differences: dyslexia, ADHD, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia.

Professionally, Quinn was discovered in 2022 by a colleague of the late Lee Gabler, the former agent, co-chairman, and managing partner at CAA. With encouragement from various industry veterans, Quinn continues his writing journey and is excited to see what's to come, including his numerous projects in development. Quinn now splits his time between Arkansas, where he attends college as an English major, and Texas, visiting his family.

Outside of his business-related endeavors, Quinn is passionate about his faith, his love of coffee, building his ever-growing signed script collection, and, of course, rewatching his favorite movie of all time, The Princess Bride, for the millionth time.
